Get to Know LegalMatch - Ben Sandholm

Every office has one person who seems to be having the best day every day.  LegalMatch's Director of Member Services Ben Sandholm is just that guy. Although he lives in San Jose, Ben works at the LegalMatch headquarters in San Francisco’s Financial District. He has been with LegalMatch for just over 5 years now and says he enjoys his job because, as the saying goes, “variety is the spice of life.”

 

Ben is not all about reviewing contracts, building attorney profiles, and accounts receivable. This young director is an avid outdoorsman who travels to Dodge Ridge or Northstar in Lake Tahoe to snowboard in the winter and plays on a local softball team in the summer.

 

Although joking about long walks on the beach, Ben’s favorite sport in college was beach volleyball earning him the nickname ‘Sandman.’ He’s also a dedicated San Francisco Giants fan and tries to make as many games as possible during the season. Ben said, “One great thing about the Giants’ stadium is that they offer so many different kinds of food. I love Italian and Japanese food.” You can find him enjoying a Pyramid Hefeweizen at a game, or down the street afterwards at the 21^st Amendment.

 

It’s said that people can infer a lot about you by your computer choice, Mac or PC. Ben said that while he has both, he loves his MacBook. I’m not sure what that means but Ben’s knack for making people smile and his can-do attitude make him an indispensable member of the LegalMatch team.
